Artscape! 

It’s not just any festival — it’s one of AMERICA’S LARGEST FREE outdoor arts festivals, bringing the creative vibes to Baltimore since 1982. Originally crafted to showcase Baltimore’s cultural flair, Artscape has been a driving force for community support, economic growth, and investment in the Mount Vernon, Bolton Hill, Charles North and Station North Arts District. The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) is thrilled to collaborate the City as they produce this year’s festival. The festival features a vibrant lineup of artists, live concerts, visual arts experiences, performances, fashion showcases, family-friendly activities, films, experimental tunes, improv, comedy, literary delights, and tasty treats.

Get ready to dive into the world of epoxy resin by learning the basics in fun ways! During this two hour class you will learn about different resin types, resin properties, safety, tips & tricks, and work on THREE resin projects including ornaments, coasters, and a 6×6 – inch resin art piece!

Manayunk Arts Festival – Philadelphia

Since 1990, the show has built itself into being the tri-state area’s largest outdoor, juried art festival featuring approximately 300 different local and nationally known artists and crafters. Collectors, buyers, and designers will visit Main Street during the two-day, closed street event. The festival is free to the public and features artists from eight different disciplines: fiber, glass, ceramics, jewelry, mixed media, painting & drawing, photography, and wood & sculpture.

During this fun time together we will be covering several pouring techniques, I will be sharing my paint recipes, and you will create three different fluid art pieces – a 6×6” piece, a 12×12” piece, and an ornament.

Summer UV Resin Crafts for Kids – at Manor Mill

Celebrate the summer season creating fun crafts using UV resin. Featured projects will include keychains, jewelry, pet tags, ornaments, book marks and more! We will also be using Felx Rubber to make Taba Squishys! All art supplies and smocks are provided. Parent supervision required for young children – Ticket price includes 1 station (mold and UV light).

Resin Craft :Floral Trays & Geode Coasters at Manor Mill 

Celebrate summer by creating beautiful pieces of functional home decor using epoxy resin and dried florals and seashells. During this two hour class you will learn about different resin types, resin properties, safety, tips & tricks, and work on projects that can be stylish additions to your home including a decorative tray and a coaster. The collection of dried pressed flowers can be arranged in many unique ways, and the project is the perfect surface to display glassware, trinkets, and/or other items.
